1. General Conditions

Picksoxo offers sideboards, storage cabinets, accent tables, side tables, lounge chairs, outdoor chairs, and related furniture products.

We aim to provide accurate descriptions, images, measurements, materials, finishes, colors, available options, included components, assembly information, care guidance, and prices.

Colors, textures, grain patterns, stone markings, woven details, finishes, and measurements may vary slightly because of screen settings, photography, manufacturing processes, natural material characteristics, and measurement methods.

Customers should review product dimensions, materials, available variants, weight information, assembly requirements, care instructions, and intended use before placing an order.

3. Orders and Payments

Customers must provide accurate billing, shipping, payment, and contact information when placing an order.

Product prices, applicable taxes, and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers. Picksoxo does not directly store complete payment card numbers or card security codes.

Orders are subject to payment confirmation, product availability, and verification where reasonably necessary.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Processing times, estimated delivery periods, shipping charges, and available destinations are described in our Shipping Policy or displayed during checkout.

Delivery may be affected by carrier operations, customs procedures, weather, public holidays, address errors, local restrictions, oversized-item handling, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for these charges.

Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery information and should report delayed, lost, damaged, or incorrectly delivered orders promptly.

5. Returns and Refunds

Eligible return requests may be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Customers must receive return authorization and shipping instructions before sending a product back.

For confirmed damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete products, Picksoxo will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable law.

After receiving an eligible return, we aim to notify the customer of the refund decision within 3–5 business days.

Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Additional processing time may be required by banks or payment providers.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.

6. Order Changes and Cancellations

We will make reasonable efforts to assist before an order has entered fulfillment or been shipped.

Once processing or shipment has begun, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Where cancellation is unavailable, an eligible return may be requested after delivery in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Customer service is available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, UTC+8, excluding public holidays.

7. Furniture Selection, Assembly, and Care

Customers are responsible for reviewing product measurements and confirming that the selected furniture is suitable for the intended room, doorway, stairway, elevator, outdoor area, and available floor space.

Products requiring assembly must be assembled according to the supplied instructions. Legs, frames, panels, hinges, shelves, doors, fasteners, supports, cushions, and other components should be checked before use.

Furniture should be placed on stable and suitable surfaces. Outdoor products should be protected from severe weather, prolonged moisture, excessive heat, and other conditions that may damage the materials.

Natural wood, stone, woven fibers, metal, fabric, and other materials may develop normal variations or changes in appearance over time.

Customers should inspect furniture periodically for loose hardware, instability, damage, wear, or other conditions that may affect normal use.

To the extent permitted by law, Picksoxo is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper assembly, unsuitable placement, unauthorized modification, inadequate care, or use outside the product’s intended purpose.

8. Third-Party Services

Our website is powered by Shopify and may use third-party payment, shipping, analytics, fraud prevention, customer support, and advertising services.

These service providers may operate under their own terms, privacy policies, and legal obligations.

Picksoxo remains responsible for obligations that cannot legally be excluded or transferred.
